Our normal changeover day is Friday. However for longer periods and in low
season some exceptions can be made. Please enquire. subject to availability.
Provisional bookings are subject to receipt of a deposit within 3 working days of request, equal to one third of the total value your holiday. The balance is due two calendar months prior to the commencement of your holiday. In the case of bookings made within two calendar months of arrival full payment is due with immediate effect.
Cancellation insurance can be arranged if required
Dunbar Cottage is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure (some exceptions can be made please enquire).
There is parking for 1 car.
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties.
Dunbar Cottage is a pet free zone.
